No. Hypnotherapy is a focused, relaxed state — you're aware, in control, and can end the session at any moment. It's much closer to deep concentration than the stage shows you've seen on TV.
Yes — for most goals it works as well as in-person, and many clients prefer it because they can do the deeper work in their own space. All you need is a private spot, a stable connection, and headphones.
Most programs run four to six sessions. Some clients see meaningful change after just one or two; others want longer-term work. After your free consult, we'll give you a clear, honest recommendation.
Hypnotherapy is a complementary modality, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Most insurance plans don't cover it directly, but many HSA/FSA accounts will. We're happy to provide receipts.
