Program Sessions

Three to five focused sessions, weekly or bi-weekly. Each one builds on the last, with audio you keep for between-session use.

Integration

FAQ

The questions everyone has.

Will I lose control or do anything I don't want to?

No. Hypnotherapy is a focused, relaxed state — you're aware, in control, and can end the session at any moment. It's much closer to deep concentration than the stage shows you've seen on TV.

Does virtual hypnotherapy actually work?

Yes — for most goals it works as well as in-person, and many clients prefer it because they can do the deeper work in their own space. All you need is a private spot, a stable connection, and headphones.

How many sessions will I need?

Most programs run four to six sessions. Some clients see meaningful change after just one or two; others want longer-term work. After your free consult, we'll give you a clear, honest recommendation.

Is this therapy? Will insurance cover it?

Hypnotherapy is a complementary modality, not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Most insurance plans don't cover it directly, but many HSA/FSA accounts will. We're happy to provide receipts.

What if I'm skeptical?

Some of our most successful clients walked in skeptical. You don't need to believe in anything — you just need to be open to trying something structured and giving it an honest run.

What's your cancellation policy?

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. We hold your time exclusively, so late cancellations are billed at the full session rate.
